Born at 56 Bridgend Road, Pontycymer Jan/Feb/March 1906 as Rosina Willcox. Features on the 1911 Census as "Romena" Willcocks aged 3. Daughter of John Willcocks, 36, born Maesteg. Wife: Minnie Willcocks, 31, born Pantygog. Children: Mary 7, David 12, Romena 3 and Richard 1 all born in Pontycymer.
